Release:

I understand and agree that ABC Pet Training shall not be liable for any injury or damage to any person, pet or property, which results from the training or behavior or my pet.  I further agree that ABC and its employees shall not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with any claim occurring as a result of my pet's participation in the program.  I also agree that ABC will not be held liable for any injury caused to my person, property or pet while attending a training class as a result of my own negligence.

   

Refund and Transfer Policy:

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, unless the class has been cancelled by ABC and no other option is available to the pet parent.  If you have attended any of the class sessions a partial refund will be credited at the rate of $13.50 per class attended of an 8-week session and $18.50 per class attended of a 6-week class. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER WEEK 4 OF AN 8-WEEK COURSE OR WEEK 3 OF A 6-WEEK COURSE.

In addition, if a pet parent requests a transfer to another class, for any reason, a $20 transfer fee will be assessed, along with a class payment as calculated above. For example, if you have attended 3 weeks of an 8-week manners class, ABC will apply $40.50 toward the tuition of the new class. This results in a balance due by the pet parent of $89.50 to transfer to a different class ($69.50 class credit, plus $20 transfer fee).  Please note that credits will only be valid for 180 days from the purchase date. After that time, all credits will be forfeited to ABC Pet Training. In addition, credits may only be applied once. If the second class is not completed, all credits will be forfeited to ABC Pet Training.
